Soccer in the Fall

So here are some pictures, starting with the folders on this computer that follow our last blog entry last September.  I hadn't planned to stop posting, it just got harder to find the time and we spent a ton of time this fall and winter sick and exhausted.

 Devin got lots of teeth this winter.

Both boys have spent lots of time reading.  Liam has homework reading every night, but he also likes to read chapter books and picture books that we get from the library.  Devin has been following his example.  No chapter books for him yet, though.

 Liam was in soccer this fall.  It was a "developmental league" which meant that the emphasis was on learning basic skills and on playing and having fun rather than competition.  This was great for Liam who didn't have much experience.

 He really put his heart into it.

 Allen took Liam to practices.  Devin and I only made it to one game.  Even though it was only September, it was cold out there!
