Tooth trouble

Liam is having a very fussy day and I think it's because he's got a molar that's almost through the gum. He's not fussy all the time, but gets frustrated very easily and has been crying much more than usual.

He was trying to get off of the couch by way of the ottoman, for instance. Allen was right there to catch him when he took a little tumble, but it was still a huge catastrophe.


You can see that we even have Nick Jr. on in the background to try to distract him. It worked for a while.

The good news is that Liam took eight steps in a row last night. He just stood up, walked toward me for a while, then got back down. He probably would have gone farther if there hadn't been a book in the way. He took some more steps this evening, but it seems he feels it's not safe to walk when Allen isn't around.
