Pumpkin Curry

We grew a pumpkin in our yard this summer from a sprout Liam brought home from preschool.  Tonight I made it into curry.

The finished product.  Fancy, right.  Actually, I needed to get it out of the pan because I went to feed Devin while it cooked and forgot to turn it down first.  It stuck to the bottom but most of it was still fine.














In other news, we had a great Thanksgiving with the fam in Columbus.  We went Wednesday and came back Sunday, staying as long as we could because Allen was recovering from the flu which he got the previous Saturday.  Since getting back things have felt really crazy with the Focus breaking down, the kitchen a wreck thanks partly to me trying to keep up while Allen was sick, and the baby mad teething some more.  I just found a white spot on his upper gum which could be a tooth coming in in a strange place or something more mysterious.  He's really needing me now.
